Love at Breathtaking Heights-Willis Tower Part 2

Here goes for part 2! One of my favorite parts of doing this wedding show was the networking. I met some other fabulous photographers but also met some incredible, fabulous florists, designers, linen vendors, musicians, coordinators, invitation and paper vendors, etc. These were definitely among Chicago’s elite and I was super excited and happy to...

Hi Samantha! Thanks! No the logo was just in a regular photo frame set on the side table, no special lighting or anything.

The setup is amazing! You really pulled out all the stops. Congrats! I’m curious about the frame with your logo in it. Is it lighted as well?

Hey Mike! Thanks! I worked really hard to design a fabulous space so I’m glad it’s gone over so well with so many people!!! I actually created the info sheet in Photoshop and just consisted of questions i wanted to have answered by potential brides. I bought two clip boards, printed 100 sheets, and that was that. It’s definitely easier to have an info sheet than trying to put it all in your iPhone. I meet, heaven forbid your phone get stolen on your way home, ya know? Plus if they do book I can attach it to their contract and keep it for my records. As for the invites, they were actually my “pricing sheets” so to speak. I wanted wedding invitation style pricing sheets so I hand made those. It was a HUGE pain in the butt. Anyway, thanks for all the great complements!

Thats a sick setup Jen! I’m getting ready to do a couple of bridal shows. I was curious where you picked up your info template? Or even better is it even a template or something you made. When I meet with people I normally just ask all the questions and write put them in my second shooter app later. With the brides all rushing the tables it’ll obviously be a little too difficult to do that. Thanks!

P.S. The invitations look amazing too! ;-)

I think your booth looked classy and elegant & I hope the brides felt the same way. Lovely!
