Last Saturday night, I had an excellent opportunity. I was asked to photograph the “That’s Amore! Pet Benefits Party” hosted by Love Your Pet in Chicago, http://www.loveyourpetservice.com. My husband and I had a great time doing photos for this event. There was live music by Marty Casey of the Lovehammers, The West Side Winders and DJ Boogymon. All in all, it was a great night. The pet adoptions specifically touched my heart. These things are horrible for me to go to because I want to adopt every single one of them… probably why I already have three dogs
Anyway, there were 16 dogs total. They were all so cute but needed a loving home to go home to. I am so grateful to the staff and owners of Love Your Pet for taking on homeless animals and giving them care, shelter and love instead of having them euthanized. In all there were 16 dogs up for adoption. Click the picture above to see some photos from the evening.
